Naschitz Brandes Amir announced today a merger with a prominent Israeli law firm, Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co (SKR), which comprises 15 attorneys. The newly combined firm will have a total of 240 attorneys and 380 employees.
"The combination with SKR builds on our strategy for growth and expansion of the firm's collective capabilities," said Tal Eliasaf, Managing Partner of Naschitz Brandes Amir.
SKR, established in 1969, currently operates with two offices in Tel Aviv and northern Israel. It is ranked in The Legal 500, BDI, and Duns 100 and is well-known in the market for its expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), hi-tech, labor law, renewable energy, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and real estate. The firm represents a diverse range of clients, including leading companies, entrepreneurs, and land owners, as well as leading kibbutzim and organizations in the agricultural settlement and cooperative societies sector.
