The newly appointed partners are:

Idan Aviv, Corporate. Idan specializes in corporate & commercial law, handling high-tech transactions (private equity, commercial deals), complex litigation (commercial, civil, administrative, class actions), and serving as a trusted advisor for ongoing legal counsel.
Mor Kadosh. Corporate. Mor specializes in corporate law, governance, hi-tech law, commercial law, and securities law. She routinely assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital financing, public offerings, and commercial transactions.
Danielle Weissman. Corporate. Danielle specializes in corporate and commercial law, high-tech, and other commercial transactions, providing legal advice to companies across various fields. Her expertise extends to labor law and privacy issues, particularly within the high-tech sector.
