- Advise BSH Home Appliances on regulation, consumer protection law, distribution law, recall campaign, product liability, tort litigation, antitrust law, labor law, data protection law, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with retailers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Advised Spatz Figa on a procedure held by the Ministry of Health regarding the passing of two patients alleged to be connected with gastric balloon surgery.
- Advise Juul on the Israeli product liability law with respect to its products.
- Advise Amazon on employment matters pertaining to the company’s operations in Israel. We represent the company since the establishment of its Israeli branch.
- Advise the subsidiary of Alfred Karcher SE & CO. KG on Israeli product liability laws with a specific application to vehicles.
- Represent Carl Zeiss SMS in all of its ongoing activities in Israel, including general corporate work and labor issues, updating its international policies to adjust to Israeli law.
- Advised The Pillsbury Company (prior to its acquisition by General Mills) on negotiating and drafting distribution and manufacturing agreements with a local Israeli company.
- Advised Bosch’s investment arm on a number of investments in Israeli emerging companies.
- Provide ongoing advice to a number of international airlines, including Lufthansa Group, UIA, Austrian Airlines, Lot Polish Airlines, on commercial, employment, and litigation issues.
- Advising (Meta) Facebook on various privacy matters such as breach notification, contact tracing wearables during Covid, and more.
