Represent UIA in a class action relating to the Consumer Protection Act, which focuses on the right to refunds in the case of cancellations. We are also leading work for the UIA in a separate class action linked to the cancellation of forward segments in cases of “No Show” and other claims.
LOT Polish Airlines
Represent LOT in consumer protection class action and other passenger claims.
Smartwings
Serve as a primary counsel to Smartwings in a number of lawsuits filed by passengers, involving various legal claims.
EL AL
Advise El Al on a wide range of issues associated with various passengers, bodily injuries, flight security, and cargo claims. In addition, our IT and data privacy team assists El Al in privacy-related matters, including negotiating DPAs handling DSAR requests, drafting policies and procedures, and various IT agreements.
Lufthansa Group
Representing Lufthansa in a complex class action relating to alleged violation of the Consumer Protection Act and Aviation Services Act.
RwandAir
Representing Rwandair in passengers claims.
