Defend the client in a class action against claims of personal injuries sustained onboard RCL cruise vessels.
Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp
Represent Yang Ming in a class action alleging the client's unwarranted imposition of congestion charges.
Shipco Transport
Represent Shipco, a US-based ocean carrier, in claims related to various cargo damages.

Action as primary legal counsel for Ashod Port with respect to various claims involving ship accidents, property damages, and personal injuries.
