Noam is an associate in the firm’s Tel-Aviv office, where he focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and capital transactions, including venture capital investments and private equity financings in a variety of industries. He also provides ongoing advice to venture capital firms, traditional industry companies, and high-tech companies at all stages of development on various areas of the law.
Noam joined the firm as an associate in June 2017, after completing his internship with the firm.
