On February 1, 2022, Check Point Software Technologies announced its $60 million acquisition of Spectral, an Israeli startup, which provides developer-first security tools.
Naschitz Brandes Amir advised Check Point on the transaction. The team included partners Anat Igner and Tuvia Geffen and associates Noam Shualy, Tal Shachar, Amit Itach, and Orel Yacobi.
