Orel Yacobi is an associate in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir, where she practices corporate law with an emphasis on representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital funds. She regularly assists clients with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and high-tech transactions, including investment, private equity financings and commercial transactions
