Naschitz Brandes Amir is advising Galam, a global manufacturer and marketer of food ingredients, flavors, and industrial raw materials, and its selling shareholders, including longstanding client FIMI Opportunity Funds, on Galam's proposed initial public offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
The offering is expected to reflect a company valuation of more than NIS 1 billion and involve the sale of approximately NIS 384 million of shares by Galam's existing shareholders, led by FIMI.
